Michael Zhao is Vice President in Product and Research Group at Grayscale. Since joining Grayscale, Zhao has contributed to a number of research reports ranging from high level macro analysis to deeper dives into how certain protocols work.

Prior to joining Grayscale, Michael worked at a real estate private equity fund focused on acquiring and managing multifamily assets across the US.

Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University.
