Harry Markopolos, CFA, CFE is a former derivatives portfolio manager turned financial fraud investigator who brings large whistleblower cases against Wall Street firms that cheat pension funds, mutual funds, and individual investors. Harry is a former CFA® review program instructor and served as 2002-2003 past president of the Boston Security Analysts Society. From 2000 – 2008, Mr. Markopolos and his four-man team repeatedly tried to stop Madoff by going to both the press and the SEC numerous times.

His team’s 2010 book about the Madoff case, “No One Would Listen: A True Financial Thriller,” was a NY Times best-seller and the audio version won an “Auddie Award” as best non-fiction audio book of the year. Their documentary, “Chasing Madoff,” was released in theaters in August 2011 and is currently available on DVD.
