This special CFA Society event with U.S. Senator Rick Scott is a part of CFA Institute’s “District Dialogue” program which connects Members of Congress with local CFA societies in their state. These events are intended to offer Members of Congress a chance to interact and learn from constituent CFA charterholders who are experts in the investment field and give CFA Society members a chance to engage with and gain insights from Senators and Representatives with jurisdiction over issues pertinent to the investment profession and the Capital Markets.

Sen. Scott will join us as one of Florida’s senior Representatives in Congress and from the perspective of his work on the Senate Aging Committee where issues of elder investor protection and elder financial abuse are at the top of the agenda.
