Michael Kirkbride is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Evercore Wealth Management, managing investment assets for families, foundations and endowments.
Michael joined Evercore in 2019 from Fieldpoint Private, a boutique private bank headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, where he served for two years as a senior investment advisor, providing asset allocation, security selection, and estate and tax planning advice to high net worth clients. He previously worked for 13 years as a senior portfolio manager at U.S. Trust, managing $2 billion in assets for families and foundations.
Prior to joining U.S. Trust, Michael worked in education and policy as a charter member of Teach for America and as the manager of external relations at the Manhattan Institute.
Michael received a BA at Rutgers College and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business.
Pat leads Thematic Opportunities, NDR's most actionable investment research product. Pat authors Theme Initiation, Thematic Focus, and On the Radar publications, which provide recommendations and insights on unique, emerging macro-driven trends. Pat also provides investment recommendations based on NDR strategist high-conviction overweight recommendation.
Prior to the Portfolio Strategist role, Pat served as NDR's U.S. Sector Strategist for four years, and Consumer Strategist for 10 years. Pat began his investment career covering Consumer Staples for Bank of America Capital Management in St. Louis, MO. Subsequently, Pat worked as a Senior Equity Analyst at RCM Capital Management in San Francisco, CA, covering Consumer Discretionary and Consumer Staples industries. He joined Ned Davis Research Group in 2006.
Pat has been featured as a guest on CNBC and Bloomberg television in addition to being quoted by The Wall Street Journal. Pat earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Illinois State University. Pat is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute. He is also a Chartered Market Technician and a member of the Market Technicians Association.
